What is the Magic Noodle App?
The Magic Noodle App is a new app to enhance the digital experience both in-store and by mobile ordering. We are looking to simplify the process, and eliminate the wait times and increase the overall productivity of our restaurants. Our main features includes: scan to order, mobile order, promotions and offers, rewards and Apple Pay supported.
How do I collect points?
You will earn 1 Magic Reward for every $1 spent at any participating Magic Noodle location (cannot be combined with any discount/rewards program).
Is there a fee for Magic Rewards program?
No, there’s no fee in joining the Magic Rewards program. All you need to do is download the app, register for an account and enjoy the features.
How to I join?
You will need to download Magic Noodle’s app from the Google Play Store or the App Store. Once you get into the app store, please search “Magic Noodle” and download the top one from the results. Or Scan the QR code at one of our in-store poster for direct download.
What can I redeem with my points?
We will be updating offers periodically that you can redeem with your points. Please stay tuned in our app news for updated offers.
How do I refer a friend?
You can refer your friend by going to News => scroll down to Referral Rewards and click on that post. You will be guided to send your invitations to your friends in various way.
Can I refund my order after I pay for it?
When your order is sent directly to our restaurant via our app the kitchen instantly receive the notifications and freshly make your noodles and food right away, making it very hard for us to cancel the order. Either you can order dine-in or take out, please let our team member know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request the best we can.
