COVID-19: Serving you in safety

The COVID-19 pandemic has put a strong emphasis on sanitation and personal hygiene for everyone. Coupled with its unpredictable, long-term, and ongoing nature, we at Magic Noodle want to do our part in lowering the risk of disease spreading by taking the necessary safety and sanitary precautions. The wellbeing and satisfaction of our customers has always been our top priority which is why we want to share with you what operational changes and precautionary measures we have put in place to ensure your safety while enjoying your meal with us! After Toronto and York Region Public Health issued the notice for all restaurants to halt their dine-in service back in March, we quickly adjusted to a call-in and QR code scan-in ordering policy as a method of reducing social contact between our staff and customers. Beyond this, we also adopted digital touchpoints for making all orders and payments as an additional layer of safety precaution. Sanitation is crucial to us which is why we took extra care in disinfecting all work and contact surfaces to guarantee the sterilization of our stores. Furthermore, we mandated masks and gloves for all our employees and staffs to ensure that the food and packaging you receive is clean and sanitary. Fortunately after long anticipation, our stores have now finally re-opened for sit-in service! To allow our customers to dine with a peace of mind, we have re-organized our dining spaces so that customers can maintain social distancing while enjoying their meals. Signs are also distributed throughout our stores to indicate which surfaces have been disinfected so that customers can be reassured of our sanitary practices. Finally, we are conducting daily temperature checks for all our employees and we also kindly ask them to self-monitor their health for the sake of their wellbeing and yours. Practicing proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation is truly at the heart of our business philosophy and we will continue doing so regardless of the status of the pandemic to provide our customers with a secure and reliable dining environment, and the best quality food and service that we can.
