Our Restaurant Management Team is the heart of our team, understanding Magic Noodle’s core value they help nurture each restaurant team member to thrive in a way that can only help our restaurant grow. Building a team is essential for the smooth operation, functions and ensure our guest have a memorable experience on each visit. It’s about growing together.
As a leader of the group, managers is titled and accountable to overtake variety of tasks, daily routine duties including recruiting and hiring, training staffs, overseeing food quality, developing menus, adapt short term and long term goal. Manager also spend time on greeting and serving restaurant guests, as well as establish connection to staffs, providing friendly and comfortable environment for employees. The role provides you the opportunity for self-recognition, valuable experiences and chance to develop your own team.
As implementing our standard is the key foundation of Magic Noodle operation, each shift is covered and managed by our shift managers. The job duties include, our staff following our standards, our customer are being properly taken care of, the financial goas are being achieved and recorded, and assign tasks through the shift.
Back Kitchen Manager
Our Kitchen Manager is the key role of our open kitchen concept to present our consistent food items, it masters all the station skills including as Noodle making. Kitchen Manager mainly responsible full kitchen team member skill training and assessment, working with store manager and shift mangers as a team.
