    As one of most well-known hand-made noodle restaurant in GTA. There are some rigorous requirements for becoming a noodle master, in order to ensure that the excellent quality can be carried down. During the training process apprentices should be acquainted with our products and basic food safety knowledge, followed by several months of hands-on training, including dough preparation, storage method, practicing noodles-pulling skills of various shapes. All ongoing training will be supported by profession guidance before becoming a qualified noodle master.
